Ashwani Goyal is the Founder and Proprietor of Ashwani Goyal & Co., a firm built on the foundation of trust, knowledge, and result-oriented service. With over 25 years of experience in taxation and business advisory, he brings strategic insight and practical expertise to individuals, NGOs, HUFs, partnerships, and enterprises across sectors.

Ashwani Goyal is a graduate of Hans Raj College (B.Com Hons.), Delhi University, and holds a law degree from Rohilkhand University. A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) since 1998, he is also a qualified Information Systems Auditor (DISA) and holds a Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management (DIRM) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He further enhanced his technical competence by undergoing professional training in SAP ERP R/3 4.0B.

He is the author of the book “A Walk Through Income Tax”, and his expert articles have been featured in Taxmann. He is a member of several professional institutions, including the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA).
