NOTICE

Empanelment of Accountant for conducting audit under section 58A.

Applications are invited from the Accountants, desirous of being empanelled as Auditors in the Department of Trade and Taxes, Govt, of NCT of New Delhi for conducting special audit of dealers under section 58A of the DVAT Act, 2004

The following are the information should be submitted by the applicant firm/ applicant.

1. Profile of the applicant/ firm.

2. Area of Specialisation.

3. Whether on the panel of Income Tax / Central Excise / Service Tax Department for conducting audit? if yes details of the companies audited during 2005-06, 2006-07 & 2007-08.

4. List of Government companies/ Corporations audited during 2005-06, 2006-07 & 2007-08.

5. Brief of the major assignment in the past.

   The applicants should specify whether the firm or any of its members or the applicant has been practicing in the  Department of Trade and Taxes, Govt, of NCT of New Delhi. If so, the details should be incorporated in the application.

   The Accountants or  firms who have already applied for empanelment should submit fresh application.

   The last date of receipt of application addressed to the commissioner, Trade & Taxes is 30.09.2009
